Stumbled upon this restaurant early this evening. Great service, amazing food & great ambiance. My boyfriend & I’s new spot. Can’t say enough about how great everything was during this dining experience. Will be back over & over again! If you get any apps, make sure to order the stuffed meatballs.
Our evening was as good as imagined from this wonderful establishment. Tommy our host was amazing as the food and everything was spot on. I would give 6 stars to the food and wait staff. I will be returning often. I ordered 3 appetizers as I wanted to taste several items...artichoke heart medley, fresh stuffed figs with prosciutto and goat cheese and basalmic reduction. Pistachio glazed sea bass and osso bucco and risotto filled out our evening...I had leftovers reluctantly so I could try the dolce. Hats off to all involved and bon appetite to all...
First time here. Great food, nice atmosphere, great service. The staff was warm and attentive. We really enjoyed our dinner and desserts. Thank you for the great meal and we'll be back
Roberto and the whole team made my family and my experience exceptional! I am 47 and had been going to their family resturaunt since I was 15 years old and in high school when they owned Arturo’s. I moved out of NY over 20 years ago and haven’t eaten at any of their resturaunts in at least 15 years. When our latest trip was going to take my family and I out to the eastern end of Long Island I jumped on the opportunity to take my family there. Wow!! The food and service was just like I remembered when my parents took us kids! It was very sentimental for me to see my family enjoying the special apps, dinner, and the in house made desserts! By the way, ask for their “Old School Secret”Apps menu where they will serve you an Italian Torta, bell peepers, eggplant, zucchini, a sea food salad, and more that you will die for!! We had a private luncheon of approximately 50 people this past Saturday at the Stresa Restaurant. Everything was very well done, and the service was exceptional. I appreciate everything that the manager Tommy did for us and all the waiters were terrific. I only wish I lived a little bit closer so I could stop in there occasionally, but I’m now based in Florida.
My husband brought me here for my birthday it's our first time here,omg it is so amazing I really loved it here!!!!!! Will surely come again. The staff,the service, the food everything is perfectly perfect
Amazing restaurant! If you want to to be treated with exceptional service then this is the place. Food is delicious. I highly recommend. We come here several times a month and we love it. make sure you see Tommy he’s one of the owners they treat you like family!
Stresa is one of the nicest Italian restaurants on the North Shore of Long Island. We went for my son's birthday and all had a wonderful time. Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was perfect!
